Neil trained as a hairdresser in his birthplace of Manchester, after which he moved south to Oxford to join the Mahogany Hair group.

In the mid-nineties he joined the illustrious Vidal Sassoon, where he met and worked closely with Billi and Debbie Currie. Neil spent fifteen years at Sassoon, followed by a further ten with Mahogany as a Creative Director, and also spent time in the London salons cutting hair for a large base of loyal clients.

He has travelled the globe educating hairdressers hungry for his cutting skills. Neil is an exceptional haircutter, and his work is always precise, beautiful and on-trend, reflecting current wearable hair. His ethos mirrors Billi Currie’s own: high standards, and a continual push for perfection in both hairdressing and customer care.
