Kiki is our front of house. Born in Italy and originally trained as a hairdresser herself, she is well used to working in busy salon environments. Understanding the needs of both our guests and our team, she ensures the smooth running of the front desk.

Kiki delivers exceptional guest service, and her aim is to make everyone feel warm and welcome from the moment they walk through our door, right through the client journey to the final goodbye.

When she is not in the salon, Kiki loves to re-energise and connect with nature by walking and enjoying London’s green spaces.
